Stehpanie was new to real estate investing and wanted a less risky way of generating passive income than fixing and flipping houses. When she learned that she could make money from the property she already owns, she realized building a backyard home was for her.
She wanted a unit that could command higher rent based on its looks. The design-forward unit maximizes every inch of the 495 square foot one-bedroom backyard home to its full potential. With how well it is designed, you’d never guess that it’s a home in someone’s backyard.
