Even though Kathy has done everything right to prepare for retirement, she wanted to further secure her financial future by investing in real estate that would generate a passive income.

She heard about ADUs after looking for a duplex, triplex or quadruplex.  Once she learned that she could make money from the property she already owned, she knew turning her backyard into an income-earning asset was the way to thrive in the long run.
